George Millington, Director Collinsville Stud Merinos, said that given where we are with sheep and wool prices at the minute, it’s really gratifying to see Collinsville customers are still finding value in our sheep.

“Being able to achieve a complete clearance with a pretty healthy average shows that our customers are actually achieving what they want to and they’re coming back to continue to believe in the product.”

“I’d like to thank the Elders for all their support, and our whole team at Collinsville. It’s a big effort to sell 600 sheep in one day. I’d like to thank all the buyers and underbidders who came along and continue to support our product,” George said.

Tony Wetherall, Elders Stud Stock Specialist and Auctioneer, said there was “a terrific line up, a big crowd in attendance, a lot of stud breeders from around South Australia and also from interstate, and many repeat commercial clients.”
